Fans Begin Lining Up for Bloodnstuff Vinyl Release Show – Saturday, August 4th

Bloodnstuff will be releasing a long-awaited limited-edition vinyl this Saturday with a CD release party at the Turf Club.  Copies are limited to 500. Red Daughters and Fort Wilson Riot will round out the show, with special guest host Tecon.  Unconfirmed reports claim fans have already begun lining up in front of the Turf Club for their chance to get one of these coveted vinyls.  Almost 100 Facebook fans alone have claimed they will be at the release.

Bloodnstuff will also be playing with Is/Is on Friday, August 10th at Lake Harriet Bandshell.  Afterwards, stick around and watch Army of Darkness.

The Hussy to Re-Release Sold Out Cement Tomb Mind Control LP On Cassette

Madison band, The Hussy announced today that their long-sold out Cement Tomb Mind Control LP will be re-released by Kind Turkey in a limited edition cassette version.  The band plans to have the cassettes available by September.

Cwnn Annwn Cites Scientific Evidence To The Benefits Of Their Music

Cwnn Annwn cited an article from The Telegraph claiming that gifted adolescents are drawn to Heavy Metal Music to cope with the pressures associated with being talented.  The study was released in 2007 by Stuart Cadwallader, a psychologist at the University of Warwick.  If you would like to test this theory out yourself, you can listen to Cwnn Annwn’s music on Reverb Nation.  Let me know the results.  We all would like a little relief from the pressure associated with being talented.
