301 Studios will be presenting Minneapolis Mayday tomorrow at 7th Street Entry as a tribute to Germany’s legendary Mayday Music Fest. This electronica event will include Toki Wright, Dissociate, Phenetik, Ficshe, B1tr0t and JSL. Sources say “there will be balloons…and cake. Okay, there might not be cake.”

K.Raydio To Release New Video Tomorrow
On Tuesday, K.Raydio will be releasing the video for “Catchy Hook” , which was directed by Adam Dunn. Her previous video for “The Way It Goes” (directed by Ashley Battle and Marcos Juarez-Gosselin) was released April 20th and already has had over 800 views.______________________________________________________________
The GooDBarS leaked a preview of their next potential t-shirt this week. The shirt which was designed by local artist, Baby Girl, is currently a one of a kind. However, the Todd Jameson of the GooDBarS says it “will likely be available in the future from the band.”

Two Beloved Local Bands Call It Quits This Week
In sad local music news, two bands dissolved this week. Shortly before signing with Parasu Faux Records, In the Morning announced on April 19th that the band was done. Jake Robeck said, “No drama or anything, we just feel it is time to put ITM to rest and move on to the next chapter.”
Orange Blank, another Parasu Faux band, also announced that it had “poofed from existence” this week. Orange Blank had been working on the album, “Thank you, Fate”. Chris of the band said, It’s an ironic twist of fate that the artwork was done months ago, but the music will never be finished.” Chris and Tony intend to continue on with the band, Awesome Cups. Bassist Josh Burke has not announced his plans for the future at this point.
